O’Quinn Insurance is family owned and operated serving our community since
1974. As the largest insurance agency in Volusia and Flagler county, we strive to give back to our clients and community. We represent more than 90% of the carriers in the state and are among the top producers across several nationwide companies.

Our team consists of 30 professionals that enjoy spending time together on and
off the clock. We pride ourselves on our energetic and fun work environment fueled by our company core values — Outgoing, Quality, Understanding, Impact, Never stop learning, and No nonsense.

Our company meets weekly to collaborate on projects and discuss company
metrics and deadlines. We are performance driven and reward employees that go
above and beyond. We work hard and we play hard. We attend events regularly and even host our own! Each quarter we have a social for our employees at a bar or restaurant of their choice where we play games and toast to our achievements. Around Thanksgiving, we close early and indulge in “works-giving.” Near Christmas, we have an Ugly Sweater Holiday party with raffles, cash prizes, gifts, great food, beverages and more. We start each new year with a company-wide dinner where we discuss goals for the year ahead and reward employees that have surpassed milestones. We celebrate our employees’ work-anniversaries, birthdays, and their personal and professional accomplishments. Our team members are more than just co-workers, we are family.
