How do I create an account?
Whether you’re using the Mobile App or the online Client Portal, tap “New User? Register Now” below the login fields. Be sure to enter the primary name and email address we have on file—if these don’t match exactly, you won’t see your policy information. If your details are entered correctly, your policies and ID cards will appear instantly.

I created an account, but my policies aren’t showing.
First, confirm that the name and email you used to register match the primary contact name and email we have on file. If they don’t match or you need to update your information, please contact us at (386) 673‑5550 or email us at info@oquinninsurance.com. After we’ve updated your records, your policies will appear within 24 hours.
Where can I view my digital ID cards?
Open the app and sign in, then tap ID Cards & Documents at the bottom of your screen. Select the policy you’d like to view, scroll down to the Card Images or Documents section, and tap the card image to open your digital ID.
I have a claim—can I submit it through the app?
We recommend that you do not submit claims using the app. As an agency, we are unable to submit your claim for you so you would have to submit it again to the carrier. Instead, please call us at (386) 673‑5550 so we can assist you and ensure your claim is properly filed.
How do I submit a policy change request in the app?
After signing in, tap Change Request on the home screen. Fill out the form and submit it—our team will receive your request and reach out if additional information is needed.
Can I add a new policy through the app?
Absolutely. On the app’s home screen, tap Get a Free Quote to submit a new-quote request. You’ll be prompted to enter your name, contact details, and mailing address—but since we already have your information, you can also simply call us at (386) 673‑5550 or email us at info@oquinninsurance.com and we’ll complete the request for you.
