Training Manager

Claire McCarthy joined the O’Quinn Insurance team in 2024 and now serves as our Training Manager, leading the onboarding process for all new team members. Based in Volusia County, Claire works closely with every new hire—sharing hands-on training, clear expectations, and support across our wide range of personal and commercial insurance products. Her role helps ensure that each team member is confident and ready to deliver the excellent service our clients expect across Auto, Home, Flood, Boat, Motorcycle, Umbrella, and Commercial insurance lines.

With five years of teaching experience prior to entering the insurance industry, Claire brings patience, clarity, and a passion for helping others to every training session. She plays a key role in developing confident, knowledgeable team members ready to serve our clients throughout Volusia and Flagler counties.
