Responsibilities & Requirements
The account manager position at O’Quinn Insurance is responsible for servicing our existing clients. You are the first person they see when they come into one of our offices and you are the first person they speak to when calling into our office. This position requires that you generate leads, make policy adjustments, and retain current clients. An account manager at O’Quinn Insurance must demonstrate adequate phone etiquette, typing and computer skills, and possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
